引っ越し【Shifting to a new building】

先日、新しいビルが北大農学部内に出来たので、そこへオフィスと研究室を引っ越すことになりました。非常に大変だったのですが、なんとか9割くらいは終わりました。新しい部屋からは、北大農場と牛が見えます。なかなかいい眺めです。今まで実験室と、居室が一緒だったのが、分かれてしまいました。もちろんそれが普通なのですが、目の前で学生が何をやっているのか常に分かったのに、それが分からなくなってしまうのはなんだか心配な気分です。だんだん慣れていくのでしょうか。 学生達は、大きな部屋で他の研究室の学生と一緒に生活しています。他の研究室には留学生も居るので、より一層英語でのコミュニケーションをがんばってくれています（、、、と思います）。とりあえず新しい部屋からの眺めをシェアします。

We have moved our laboratory last week, since our faculty has built a new building. The view from my new office is great because I can see University farms with some cows. I feel strange because I used to share my office with my students as well as laboratory equipment but not anymore. I can not supervise my students all the time so not really sure what they are doing now.

My students' new room is shared with other students (from other laboratories) and I hope they improve their English furthermore because there are a few new foreign students located in the same students' room. I share the great view from my new room here.
