インドネシア学生会議【Indonesian Student Association Meeting】

I talked at a Indonesian Student Association Meeting. To be honest, I have not done much research in Indonesia thus I was not sure whether I was the appropriate person to speak, however, I did my best, talking about agriculture and environment. I am always impressed by foreign students who are studying here in Japan. They are very talented students and keen on learning more.
The recent development of Indonesia is impressive, just as other Asian countries but on the other hand, the balance within natural environment maybe or has already been changed. For example, the forest cover rapidly decreases over the last decades and the use of fertilizer has been increasing rapidly. The question is how can Indonesian people develop their land in sustainable manner. I am hoping that young audiences for my talk will do their best when they go back to their home land.
